Guaranteed is a member of the National Constables Association (NCA), The New Jersey Association of Professional Process Servers (NJAPP), The New Jersey Fraternal Order of Constables (NJFOC), Fraternal Order of Police (FOP), The Union Chamber of Commerce (UCC), The National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS), and many other associations nationwide and worldwide. Our company is built on both integrity and honesty. Everyday someone else feels that they can do what we have done and everyday they are trying. The longevity of most of these companies is six to eighteen months. We have been serving process for thirty-five years. We are the most experienced, efficient, cost effective and professional servers of process anywhere. We sponsor monthly training sessions to the industry and speak throughout the United States on the subject of process serving.

Guaranteed Subpoena is a take-off of its host company, Spartan Detective Agency. Only licensed detectives can be legally utilized to complete such investigative activities as skip tracing, asset searches, and scene canvasses to facilitate the location and service of process. Anyone caught doing an inquiry in the form of an investigation in New Jersey without a license is in violation of the 1939 Private Detective Act and subject to fines and other penalties. Guaranteed Subpoena Service is also a functioning constable’s office. A constable is a “Peace Officer”, the same as a sheriff, policeman, or U.S. Marshall, carries identification and a badge, and can legally request police assistance on any matter in accordance with NJSA 18A:38-30. Guaranteed Subpoena Service is also licensed, bonded and insured to serve process in the state of New Jersey.

Mr. Philip Geron, founder, president and CEO developed a revolutionary new concept in which clients would only pay for successful service. He founded Guaranteed Subpoena Service in 1965.


We currently employ 32 customer service representatives, 35 constable officers, three administrators, two supervisors and over 450 independent contractors nation wide. Our main office is located at 2009-2013 Morris Avenue, Union, New Jersey, where we occupy 12,500 square feet of space. We are totally computerized and can give status reports by telephone, fax, or e-mail within seconds. Our staff and facility is currently capable of handling 6,000 pieces of process per week and we have room for expansion. We are presently only processing 50% of our total capability and are able to produce a one to five day turn-a-round on most matters. We serve 40% of all work received within 24 hours. We perform inter-jurisdictional and worldwide services. Our constable officers are bonded and we carry $5,000,000.00/$5,000,000.00 liability and Errors and Ommisions.

We have grown to be the largest server of legal process in New Jersey and in the United States. Since the company's inception many others have come along and attempted to duplicate both the concepts and methods of Guaranteed Subpoena Service, but none have met with any real success.
