The Firm ID is case
insensitive, so it does not matter whether you type it in uppercase or
lowercase. For example the FirmID "Ty67we65m" could be typed
"TY67WE65M" or "ty67we65m" or "tY67WE65M". The
FirmID could be up to 20 characters long. A FirmID has
already been assigned to your firm. For your own security, you cannot
create your own FirmID over the Internet, so please contact us by phone at (800)
672-1952 or by email at: Info@Served.com
If
you cannot locate the record you are looking for by searching for the
Docket/Case#, Claim/File#, Plaintiff, Defendant or even Entity it is most likely
due to a misspelling. We enter the information in our system as accurately as
possible, however, typing errors are inevitable. You can always select the
option SHOW ALL RECORDS, and then you can locate the
record by scrolling up and down the list of records. Keep in mind that the GSS#
represents the date and time the record has been input in our system. For
example the record with the GSS# 20020721101656 has been entered in our system
in the year 2002, month 07 (July), day 21, at 10:16:56AM. Knowing this will help
you locate your record, since they are always listed in descending order,
starting with the most recent.
If
you cannot view the information in a convenient format make sure that
your computer screen has a resolution of at least 800x600 pixels. We have
designed and tested our web pages at this resolution. We have also tested our
web site with Internet Explorer 5.0. Your web browser must also support frames.
Always maximize your browser window, so that the information is displayed as
initially intended and the content does not have to be wrapped. A resolution of
800x600 with at least 65,536 colors will provide optimal viewing in a maximized
browser window. Any resolution above 800x600 or any number of colors above
65,536 will only enhance the layout of our web pages.
